Premium for Study Abroad Students

Hello, I am trying to activate a student subscription while studying abroad. I am from the US, so I have an American card, but my country is set on UK, since that's where I'm studying. When I try to make my payment, I get an error message saying my payment method does not match my country because of my American card. I'm not here long enough to get a UK card, so that's not an option. Is there some sort of workaround I can do so that I can get a student subscription while here?

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, you'll need a payment method that's been issued in the UK in order to be able to get Premium Student.
