Premium student discount stopped working

Hi there,

For some unknown reason, Spotify got rid of my student discount and now I'm trying to get it back. I'm still in school, have a school email address, etc. I have no idea why the discount was dropped from my account.

When I try to fix the issue in my "Subscription and Payment" screen, I get the following message: "Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method."

Any ideas? I really want to get my discount back.
