Premium student not being able to avail premium features

Premium student not being able to avail premium features

I was able to avail all the premium features till now after signing up from premium student in february. But today, for the month of september although my auto-payment was processed, spotify shows that there's an issue with the payment and to start another plan again. But, I'm still liable to avail the student premium plan till next february! I dont know what to do. My payment for this month was completed too, so i dont know what the issue is.

Hey

 

Did you get email receipts from previous subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you paid for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
