My Question or Issue

Hi everyone,

Yesterady I renewed my student premium account on PC.It worked on the PC app,but when I start my phone app it says I use free account,and not the PremiumStudent one.

How can I solve this problem?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

If you are not seeing the Premium features despite paying, we'd first suggest trying the following:

 

  • Make sure you're logged in the correct account. You can check this guide to find other accounts.
  • Log out and log back in the app to shake things up.
  • Try over a different internet connection.
  • Reinstall the app.
