I noticed today, after updating my banking information, that my student subscription was no longer valid. The fact is, I'm still in my university studies. This year I am finishing my Master 1 (second to last year of study in France), which means that I still have - at least - one year to go.
After verification, it has been three months since the sum of 9.99 euros was deducted from my account, i.e. 15 euros in surplus.
I would ask you to correct this error as soon as possible and refund the amount due.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this.

 

If you're on the student discount, you have to make sure to renew the discount after every year in order to continue to get Premium at the discounted price.

 

You should have received an email to your registered address as a reminder 7 days before the student discount was due for renewal. Make sure to check your emails for it and re-activate the discount via the link in the email.
