Problèmes avec Premium student

Je me suis inscrite à Spotify Premium il y a 3 jours mais je n'ai pas accès aux services premium. J'ai tenté de me réinscrire mais l'application me dit que je dispose déjà du service premium. J'ai peur d'être débité de l'argent alors que je ne dispose pas des services premium.
