My Question or Issue

 

Recibí un mensaje en el que se menciona que fui acreditado para el descuento de estudiante seguido de un link, entré al link para iniciar sesión y confirmar si es la cuenta a la cual quiero aplicar el descuento, acepté y lo siguiente que me apareció fue un mensaje diciendo que hubo un problema.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

We'd suggest logging in to your account page in a different, preferably desktop, device to confirm if you still see the same error message. 

 

On another note, once you do so, let us know if your account shows as Premium or Free if it persists.
