hello i have the exactly same problem. i just went through the payment process twice, but only in the second one i uploaded my student documents. yet i was charged twice according to my bank statement. what should i do?

Hi @baldurcan. There are a few things that might be going on here. The most likely is that one of the charges you are seeing is simply a pre-authorization charge that will clear in a few business days, and the other, second one, is the actual charge that will stay on your account (assuming that your account was approved for the student discount).

 

If you weren't approved for the discount, then it is possible that both charges are pre-authorization charges that should, again, be dropped after a few days.
