Reactivating Student Premium Account

Good morning. I'm trying to reactvate my Student account (that I calceled last month) and it says that I've already used the discount. Is the same email account that I used last time, I cant reactvate?

Keep in mind that once you activate the student discount, it will stay active for 12 months. If you canceled your Premium subscription, but you're still within the first 12 month since you got the discount, it is still active in your account. In that case, you only need to resubscribe at www.spotify.com/premium. Once you log in, the system will recognize the discount in your account and it will be applied to the payment.
