SheerID link takes me to Spotify login, then 404 error

So I got the email from Spotify to renew my Premium Student Subscription. I've been using Student Premium for 2 years now, and I must renew my discount by the 5th of August. I redid the SheerID application and I was accepted, but whenever I click the link they sent me in the email, I am taken to a 404 error page on Spotify. I can open the SheerID link using Incognito, but then once I log into Spotify from there, I'm given a 404 error there as well. I'm just unsure if it's technically already renewed or what. I found similar problems but no answers. Any help is appreciated. 🙂

Can you please give it a try on a different device? 🙂 If the issue persists, you can also try opening the link while being connected to a different network.

Keep in mind that the link from SheerID is valid for 7 days only. If it's no longer active, I'd suggest you directly contact SheerID via this website. Their team can send you a new link allowing you to get the student discount.
