SheerID work email?

Hey, so I'm trying to sign up for SheerID so I can get the student discount on Premium, but it keeps saying "Please enter your work email" instead of letting me go to the next page. I tried two different browsers and three different email addresses, including my student email address, and nothing has changed. Can someone help me?

Having no spotify premium isn't cool! Usually these kind of things happen, because of your web browsers cache. So try doing the following things:

• Try opening the link in a private/incognito tab.

• If that doesn't work, clear browsers cache.
• Lastly if that doesn't work either, try opening the webpage on another device, that should do the trick!

Can you try to apply for the student discount through manual verification? You can do this from over here! If you still have something going on, I'd suggest you contact SheerIDs costumer support directly through this link!

It sounds like you're trying to sign up for one of SheerID's business solutions on their corporate website and not in the verification form itself on Spotify.com. 

To get your student Spotify account you'll need to go https://www.spotify.com/us/student/ and create your account. Then go through the verification process after you put in your payment details- your first/last name, the school you go to, and your date of birth. 

There are some FAQ's on the Spotify page to help you through other things like if you already have an account, or if the form asks you to upload a document.
