Signed up for student+hulu account and am being charged $9.99 with no hulu access

Resubscried to my student+hulu account a couple weeks ago and not only have I been charged $9.99 for my student account I've also been charged $9.99 for my hulu account, separately. My account page says I'm successfully signed up for the $4.99 plan but that's not the case, apparently.
