Spotify + Hulu subscription

Hey guys I was trying to sign up for the bundle deal. However when I go to confirm my payment, it says that my student credentials are already being used with an account. I do not own another account. The only account that I have is the one that I initially logged into to get the deal, and I've never had premium before. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I'm so sorry to that you are having this problem.  Students accounts ---- I highly recommend that you tweet @spotifycares as they are very fast with the turn around on issues.   Lets get you up and running good again.

The other option is to contact them via this link: Contact Spotify Support (Subscription).
