Spotify Premium Student

I am having trouble paying for my premium student discount. I am a college student in the U.S. and I have gone through the process of confirming that I am a college student and it was accepted but when I enter my credit card info, it says ”you have already taken a trial and are not eligible for this offer”. I am fine with having to pay $4.99 a month and not get the $0.99 a month for the first three months so how do I get the college student discount?
