Spotify already charged my student disscount but i still as a free membership.

I received a text message and an email confirmation from my bank that spotify already charged my subscription with the student disscount by i'm still unable tu use my account as a premium.

Hi,

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your spotify.

It can take up to 24 hours for the account to be updated to premium.

Please can you go to your account overview: https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/overview/

And see if it says premium there? If it does not, check the 'Recepits' tab, if it displays there then do as I said above, allow it 24 hours to process.

If there is no recpeit showing, you are logged into the wrong account.

Hey, my bank is holding my student discount but there are no receipts in my account and im sure im logged in in the right one 😞

The payment may take up to 24 hours to process.

Once 24 hours is up, if the payment is still being held by your bank, I would contact your bank's customer service.
