Spotify asked me to pay twice for students premium.

Spotify asked me to pay twice for students premium(Before I took picture of my student card and after I got spotify answer, that I am verified) So, I just do not understand. I want get my 3,49 back, but I do not know how. So, I hope Spotify can help me with this problem!

i have same problem too. i made payment and  istill have free type of account. first file that i sent sheerid is declined but second verified. but i cant be premium after i verified

Don't worry - sometimes banks can give duplicate notifications about a single charge, giving the impression you’ve been charged twice. You can always check what you’re being charged by logging in to your Spotify receipts page. The same happens when Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D. 

Any extra charges may also only be 'pending' and won't complete. A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company's authorization process. If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.
