Spotify premium students - cash charged before registration is complete.

I read in a site "https://shifter.pt/2017/04/spotify-desconto-estudante/", that the spotify had discount for students of basic education to the university (information below), when trying to register, I noticed that no there was the basic school that my daughter attended, so I could not complete the registration, which leads me to want it not legible for this offer. but I was charged my credit card for € 3.49. I ask:

1 - Is basic education readable or not for this offer?

2 - Why, having not completed registration, I was charged € 3.49

3 - If it is not legible, since it is the basic education, give back the money that you deducted from the credit card, unduly.

4 - If it is legible, activate the premium account.

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.
