Spotify student is not working for schools in Kenya

Please give me a valid reason on why Spotify is not available in Kenya and works on other countries. Even though there’s Spotify Kenya version but it’s not giving me the option to select my institution in students Nova Pioneer Tatu City

Based on what you're describing -  we can understand that you're having issues with activating your Premium for Students subscription plan.  Keep in mind that the school you're attending needs to be in SheerID's approved list of educational institutions. If you don’t see it listed there while registering for Premium Student, this could mean that it’s not supported right now.
 

You can request SheerID to add a college/university to the list of eligible institutions. Please also be informed that we can't influence the decision of SheerID and that this process could take up to 30 days for them to review your request and reply. 

In case you're experiencing any other issues with verifying your status, we'd also suggest that you request assistance from SheerID directly on their specialized help center for eligible students here. Their customer support team will happily help out with the whole verification process, as they are the ones in charge of it and we don't have access to the necessary tools to look further into this.
