Spotify took my money HELP

I was trying to upgrade to student spotify. I entered my credit card details then i realized that my college wasnt listed. But spotify took my 5 euros? what should i do know? I just want my money back. btw sorry for my bad english

Hey @amrprto,

I think you then didn't get Premium, right?

So when you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?

then the money should get back to your account when you didn't receive Premium.

But you should be able to add your college to the list and when you're finally confirmed as a Student, the money will be taken and you'll have a Student account.

thanks for the help ... so i was planning o keep going with normal spotify (9,99 euros) .. should i wait first that my money gets back or can buy it right now?

No worries 🙂

You can buy Spotify Premium right now. Maybe you'll only get charged 5 € or 10 € and the 5 € that are pending will come back to your bank account in a few days 🙂
