My Question or Issue

Hello,

I've been trying to get Student Premium after I got kicked out of Premium Duo, but I'm stuck at the verification page. My university is listed in the options, but once I finish filling up the information, it takes me to the top of the page, where the school information immediately goes blank. All my information is there, except for the school. After filling out what university I'm enrolled in, once I clicked the "next" button, it took me back to the top of the page, and again, the school box went blank. It's on repeat, so I'm stuck. I tried applying for the premium on the app on the phone, then the browser, and in incognito. I've already tried two laptops.

Is there anyway to fix this?

Have you tried it in a different browser/on a different device yet? If so, does the site where this occurs on say SheerID or Spotify in the URL?

As I have said, I already tried applying for the premium with a phone and two laptops. And yes, the site says SheerID on the URL.

Thanks for letting me know.

 

Have you tried it while being connected to a different internet connection yet? If that also doesn't make any difference, I recommend reaching out to  SheerID support  directly.

Yes I have tried connecting to different internet connection. Plus, SheerID support doesn't help.

Since the issue occurs on SheerID's site, they're, unfortunately, the only one's who can assist with this, so I recommend reaching back out to them 🙂
