Student Discount Triple Charged but no premium

Student Discount Triple Charged but no premium

Hi, I was trying my best yesterday to apply for the Student discount but it gave me an error saying my bank wasn't playing nice or something. Now I have 3 charges on my account, no premium and am now unable to verify my enrollment for school for Spotify. Is there any way of contacting someone to have this straightened out? I do not have a Twitter account to tweet from.

Hey @DuckWM, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

In this case, the charges should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status. Ok, it doesn't show on my account as pending but that just may the overlay for the app UI. Thank you for your response. Is there a way to contact a member of Spotify to forward my schooling info and such so I can apply again.
