Student Discount charged immediately w/o verification

Basically, I was charged for the student premium, but I couldn't go through with registration because my school was not on the list of schools in my country (Hong Kong). How can I get premium?

If you weren't able to complete the process for the student discount, it's very likely that the payment you mention is pending. You can find more info on pending payments here. Regarding your school, keep in mind that it needs to be an accredited college or university. We're trying to have all accredited institutions available, but keep in mind that our good friends at SheerID are the ones that manage the discount.
