Student Discount longer than 4 years?

Due to a transfer, I will be in university for five years instead of four, and the student discount only lasts for four years. Is there a way to get that discount for a longer period of time? I have a new school email from for the transfer school. Would I be able to use that for four years, or is it just 4 in total? Would creating a new account once the previous discount runs out reset the amount of years I have? If I don't update it immediately and pay the $10 for one month, will the year counter reset? Thanks in advance for any help.

The Premium for Students discount lasts 12 months at a time, with the option to renew a maximum of 3 times. This policy applies to all Spotify users, no matter if they stay at a university or transfer to another one. 🙂
