Student Discount: no school found

Trying to sign up for the student discount, but it says it couldn’t verify me as a student. 

Tried again later, but now it says my school isn’t on the list, even though it was earlier? I’m really confused....

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to try getting the discount again.

• Still isn’t working.... Apple Music was able to verify me as a student. 😕 I really would like to use Spotify since that’s where all my music is stored. I have a college email, ID... I don’t know why it isn’t working.

If your university or college isn't showing as an option when signing up for the discount, I suggest reaching out to SheerID for more information, since they're in charge of validating the student details.

I would try contacting spotify and maybe they can apply the discount for you since your school isnt showing up.

Hey @TrulyGordin.

Right now, Spotify support can't manually add the discount to an account. Only SheerID can validate the discount to be applied.
