Student Discount not working

Student Discount not working

I signed up over a month ago for the student discount as I am eligible, however Spotify is still charging me the full amount of a premium account. This is getting ridiculous as I am eligible and they said I have already 'redeemed' the student discount however it has not been processed or something. Please help!

We suggest you double-check the current status of your subscription here. If you see that the discount hasn't been applied, try signing up for it again by going here.

 

If you still have trouble after that, try reaching out to us via Twitter so we can have a closer look at your account.
