Student Discount on, but full price charge

My Question or Issue

I recently got my student discount, and I just got charged the full price. The benefit appears in my accounts page, but I still being charged the regular price.

p.s: Print is in portuguese, but I guess you guys can understand enough to understand my problem, sorry about that 😕

Hey @BrianAN,

Thanks for reaching out and providing that helpful screenshot. 🙂

I'd recommend clicking on the second black button.
It should lead you to a page where you can activate Premium for Students as it's currently not activated on your account, which means that you're still being charged at the regular rate.
