Student discount not working

I applied for the student discount and after I added all the information like my university details my safari page crashed. I went back to complete the form again and it said that I already redeemed the offer. I never got a verification email or anything but it says I can’t redeem the offer.

I'm sorry about that. Could you please try again, this time using different browsers in your computer? Don't forget to clear cache/cookies before.
