I bought student discount pack I thought it was for secondary/high school and university but I couldn't find my secondary/high school their was only uni how can I get my money back

I'm a high school student myself and part of the requirements for the student discount is being a registered college student. I don't believe there is a discount for high school and if you already paid during that time, I'm not positive that you'll be refunded. You can always call customer service and explain the situatuion to check.
