Student Payment

Hello,
I have a trouble about getting premium account. I wanted to use student discount and i paid three times for premium and it seems on my bank account but still i'm not a premium user.
How can i fix this issue?

Having the same problem, I tried entering my information 5 different times and never recieved premium, but my credit card was charged
