you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Thank you for your reply but i dont have the email you mentioned. 😞
I am in exactly the same situation. When did you send your subscription request? Did you already received anything or get charged for the Premiun Services? I still receive nothing but the charge was already done.
I did it yesterday around 8 pm. Nothing come up by mail, my account still "Free" yet the charge has completed.

when you didn't recieve your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.
Could you please check that for me :)?

I think the payment hasnt completed yet because its in provision menu. I guess it is pending. Maybe i just have to wait for a while. Thank you for your consern.

have you ever received an email from SheerID confirming your eligibility?
If so, please follow the steps on the email sent and add your payment info again.
You should check these payment requirements first.
If you didn't receive an email, it can take up to 28 days for your student credentials to be verified.
You should also check out this support article when you get in trouble with your student account again 🙂
