hi I have sent student data after I paid membership fee for student, but when I paid the money I do not need to pay again because I did not want to pay again. This is the case when I write. If you want any proof you can take the screenshot of account authentication and send it to you.

Can you give us a bit more info on what's going on with your subscription? If you were verified as a student, but still don't have Premium, try adding your payment method from your Subscription Overview.

If there are charges on your bank statement that show as pending, it means they haven't gone through and they'll get back to you in a few days.
