Hi I am currently on a Student Premium account (UK) and have been trying to add Headspace on to my account but it only repeatedly tells me that my student account has been verified without adding Headspace. Am I missing something here? Thanks!

If you are already paying for a Headspace subscription, you will need to cancel it first before trying these steps however.

Could you try this using another browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of any error messages being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).

So I have tried different browsers as you suggested, but same thing happens.
1) I go to my subscription page and click 'change plan'
2) I click 'add headspace'
3) I get brought to the headspace student page and I click 'get headspace'
4) I get brought to the following page:
When I return to my account, Headspace is still not added.
Any ideas?

I did have a live chat with Spotify and even they couldn't work it out.

Hi,
I followed this after speaking to spotify support multiple times and it dd not work. It is now working so thanks. I'm not sure if they fixed something on their technical side, anyway, it now works!
