Student account verified, paid but couldn't get premium

To get premium with student discount, two days ago I entered my payment information at Spotify student premium screen (TR). After sending photos proves that I am a student, Spotify HAS TAKEN my 6.99TL from my credit card. After a day, the verification e-mail sent to my mail adress. It says you are verified as a student, click here to complete payment. When I clicked, It brought me the payment screen but I HAVE ALREADY PAID for it and Spotify still doesn't give me premium. What should I do about it? I don't want to pay twice. The payment info from my card actions attached below.

And this is the mail I were talking about. It says "We have verified that you are a student at university. That means you are just a few clicks away from Spotify Premium for Students. Turn back to Spotify to complete the payment."

And the button says "Complete the payment"
