Student account won't activate

Student account won't activate

I applied for the student premium accounts and was accepted, however, my account shows that I'm on an individual premium account and charges me so as well. When I try to redo the student account request, it says I have already done it, yet nothing is happening

If you're having trouble activating your Student discount, we'd suggest checking out this FAQ article. If it still doesn't work, please get back to us with a detailed description of the issue and (if possible) a few screenshots of how things look on your end.
