Zweryfikowałem konto studenta jakiś czas temu i nagle wyskoczyła mi informacja, że muszę zweryfikować jeszcze raz, inaczej 21.02 przejdę na plan indivudual. Wchodząc na weryfikację pokazuje mi, że to działanie zostało już wykonane.

When the system gives you a notification about renewing your discount, it's because the process was not completed or not done properly. First, to make sure that the process was done correctly, we'd recommend following the steps to renew it again by following the steps mentioned in this article.

 

In case you receive any error message, it's possible that the process wasn't finished correctly. In this case, we'd recommend checking your email (inbox and spam folders) to look for the renewal confirmation. If the confirmation is there, it should include a link or button to activate the discount, hit it and continue with the process.

 

However, if the issue persists after this, include in your next response a screenshot of the error message you're receiving when trying to renew it. This way we'll have a better look at the issue to help you further.
