Student account

I payed the student account but my profile was still a Free one.

I tought that the payment had been denied so I payed the Premium Account (9,99). But now I checked the credit card balance and I have payed both Student and Premium Account and if i want to update my actual premium account to the student one it will ask me to pay AGAIN 4,99.

Sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your subscription. The payment at the discounted rate shouldn't have gone through since you didn't get the discount.

The funds should get back to you within a few days. For now, you can resubscribe to the discount here. You should start paying at the discounted rate on your next renewal date.
