Student discount Norway

I already have a family premium account, but I want to change it to a premium student account. When I go to the student page and press "get premium", I get this message: "It appears that you are not eligible for the discounted product that you are trying to purchase. If you'd like you can still upgrade your account to premium at any time." Then it goes straight to the ordinary premium page. How do I change this? PS: I'm from Norway.

If you're currently on Premium for Family, you'll need to revert your account to Free before you're able to sign up to the discount.
