Student discount UK not working.

Hoping someone can help. 

Trying to sort oft student membership via unidays and just keeping getting the following error 

Discount not available
Alternatively you may wish to visit myunidays.com where you’ll be able to access all of our current discounts and promotions…

Account is is registered in the uk. 

How do I sort it?

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to set up the discount.

In case you're trying to use your NUS card to set up the discount, it's no longer available as a validation method. Right now, you can only get the discount via Unidays in the UK.

I have tried several different browsers on 5 separate devices. I have cleared cookies and used incognito mode on Firefox and chrome. No go. 

Im using unidays. 

I spent two two hours on live chat last night and didn’t get it sorted. They repeatedly asked me to do the same thing, try incognito mode, etc etc. 

Made a a new unidays account today and sorted it myself. 

Cant say I’m even remotely impressed with Spotify so called customer service.
