Student discount doesn‘t work

I wanted to use my student discount to get Spotify premium for a lower Price. So I clicked on „use Student discount“ but then there was a sign with the words „your Student discount is already connected to another conto“

The Thing is that I didn‘t used it before. Can anyone help me?
