Student discount removed and family premium applied

Hello,

I have just noticed that for the last 2 months Spotify has been charging me £14.99 for my subscription. I originally had a student discount so was only paying £4.99 a month. I recieved no email telling me that my student discount may have expired for the year to allow me to renew it for my next year. Also, it seems I am being charged for Family Premium despite only myself using my account.

Is there any way I can be refunded the extra £10 a month and revert back to my student discounted monthly price?
