Hello, @gold_sweater! 

Have you had the student discount for a year? You may have to re-new it. "Usually, spotify will send an email to notify that your student subscription is about to end in a few days. Click on the link provided in that email that says, "Extend Discount" and it WILL prompt you to go Premium."

The link took me to the UK page, which said Discount not available, so that could not be successful. I would like to get refunded back part of what I was charged since I'm still a student. I don't see contact numbers / customer support anywhere. Please help. thanks.
