Student rate only applied for 7 months. Still a student

Is there a chat feature where I can ask a representative? What should I do, how do I get the student rate back? I started the student rate back in Oct, and the last two months have been regular price.

Are you in the US?

Try using this site to validate.

If it succeeds, when you log back in your Spotify account, and look under the subscription tab the price will change to $4.99 for your upcoming renewal date.
