My Question or Issue

Hi everyone!

Yesterday evening I wanted to start my Student's Premium and verified my immatriculation and it also worked. I logged in with my normal students' access and came to a page were nothing else was to read beside this: "Registration successful". The problem was I couldn't go back or anything and so I pressed my phone's return button until I ended up on the start page of Spotify Premium.

Today I wanted to "activate" my new account, so I pressed "Get Premium" and I was asked to fill in my personal information like the day before but when I wanted to finish there came a message which said "You already activated this discount".

So my problem is that I am verified but I can't activate a Student's account... 😬 

Please help, I've got absolutely no idea what to do now!

I'd be happy to help! So you're saying that you cannot activate your student discount even though Spotify recognises that you are a student?
