Switch from Individual Premium to Student Premium

My Question or Issue

Hi,

I mistakenly subscribed an Individual Premium account while being eligible for Student Premium.  The bill was paid on a yearly basis, which means I completed the financial responsibility already. 😞 

However, I do want to switch to the Student Premium Account. Is there any hope that I could redeem my money back and be able to subscribe to Student Premium after that one-time yearly payment?
