The page is showing up as an error when I try to pay for a student premium

I want to pay for my student premium again but page not letting me!! Do you know why?

Make sure that you're verified as a student by our partner service SheerID. If you've been verified successfully you should receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam/ junk folders as well.
