My Question or Issue

 

Hello, months ago I got my student offer, after aome time my credit card did not pay the charge and my premium was deactivated. Then I contacted to my bank and we solved it with changing my credit card number. BUT when I try to re-activate my premium student, spotify says: "This offer already used!!!" Please help !!!

Hey @Keremceyhun35, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Are you able to subscribe to the Premium Student plan here, using a different browser or private window? 

If that doesn't help, can you reply here with a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community. Additionally, let me know if you're currently on Spotify Free or Premium Student.

Yes I redeemed the offer but only one month!

I can't continue to use it..
