Unable to Renew Student Pice

My Question or Issue

 I received an email yesterday telling me to update my student information to continue receiving the discounted price of $4.99. I clicked the button that said "Renew Now" in the email, only in brought me to a page that had nowhere to update my information. What can I do to update this info so I can avoid being charged the full price?

Could you send me a screenshot of the page you land to when you attempt to renew your student subscription? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community. 

Also, could you make sure that you are logged into the correct Spotify account on your browser here?
