Unable to extend student premium

My Question or Issue

My Student premium will run out in 3-10 so I have been asked (by mail) to extend my student premium. But ive been trying for a month to do that already. Everytime I fill in my information, press 'Next', and everytime it says that an unkown problem has arrived and I should try it another time... But like I said ive been trying this for a month already.

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread. Could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

If you are we'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.
