Verification to university premium went to the wrong email address

Verification to university premium went to the wrong email address

I was trying to verify so I could change my plan to university premium. The request was approved, but it went to the wrong email, instead of being my email, which has a “.com” ending, it went to a “.con” ending. I can’t change it and I want to know what to do now.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

First up, we'd recommend making sure you're following the correct process. If you already sent in the request, you should've received a confirmation email from SheerID letting you know if the verification was successful or not. Look for that email, and if it was successful, right there you'll find the option to Get the discount. Click on that option and make sure you're logged into the correct account. You can find detailed steps here.

 

If you already did all this, and did it from the incorrect account, it's best to reach out to our Support team and they'll help you check.
