Verified student account still get charged regular premium fee

I registered  as a student some months ago and the account got verified but spotify still charge 99kr (NOK) instead of the 49kr (NOK) that it should. On the web page it says I am student and there was charged the student fee in addition to the regular in September when I first signed up for the student discount, but since it has gone back to charging 99kr (NOK). I checked the original verification email that I got back when I first registered as a student today, but that only seems to have reset the student discount period. See attached pictures for clarity.

Any idea of who to contact or how to fix this?
